It was smooth to deal with them.. i got the car within 5 min and return it back within 5 min, specially the old lady that handled my booking, unfortunately i didnt get her name to thank her here.
it was my last day in Germany for my short trip when i return the car to her, and bcuz of the rainy day she offered me an umbrella ..true that i didnt take it but that was very nice and kind from her.
