Schnell und unkomplizierter Ablauf. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Hotline hilft auch schnell mit kurzer Telefon Wartezeit bei etwaigen Problemen. Manche Stationen sind meet & greet, dass heißt, ein Mitarbeiter kommt zu der angegeben Uhrzeit mit dem Auto und übergibt persönlich. Somit pünktlich sein, da Vorort keine Filiale. Rückgabe ist unkomplizierter mit Briefkasten für Autoschlüssel.
