Pick-up out of opening hours is possible for an additional charge. This service is bookable on request. We will deposit the key and the rental contract at the reception of the Grand Hôtel d'Orléans for you. The hotel is situated 72 rue Bayard, 31000 Toulouse. Take the main entrance of the train station, cross the canal bridge, Bayard street is the street in front of you, the hotel is on the left hand side. The car will be ready to be picked up in Effia car park which is situated between the bus station and the train station on Pierre Semard boulevard. Our cars are parked on the 3rd floor. Please provide your address and credit card details, licence number, e-mail address and mobile number.
Please return the vehicle on the 3rd floor of the EFFIA parking on a Sixt spot and drop the key in the keybox, available at the entry of the rent a car area, next to the EFFIA electronic pay point.

We rented a car on Oct.19, the lady in the counter is very helpful and friendly. The contract are explained clearly in English. We dropped off the car at another spot(TLS) Airport. The staff there is friendly, too. We had a really good experience. Thank you!
As well as for pick-up and drop-off, the ladies at the counter were extremely helpful and friendly. Great deal; no hidden costs, in contrast with the rip-off I experienced with another company on a previous car-rental in Italy!
