Sixt auto we’re wonderful to begin with from the beginning. I booked the car online from Australia which was easy and clear. I collected the car at Paris CDG airport. They emailed prior asking which terminal I would be arriving at to ensure my car was there. I was then greeted by Nawel H who was extremely lovely at listening to my travel plans and accomodating my needs. She explained everything with clear communication and ensured I had a coffee before driving after a long haul flight! She gave clear instructions in where to collect my car, which was simple. She was wonderful to talk too. I will definitely book with sixt again ☺️

Great survice. We,ve had a car for three days. As a first time user i was very pleased with the process of renting, taking and the return back. Soryy, I didn't get the name of the guys, but they were very fast and competent at the desk, at taking and af tne return point. Recommend the service of Sixt.

The company treats customers exceptionally well. I picked up the rental car at the Charles de Gaulle airport and dropped of in Orly. The customer care was superb. I received all the communication via email without any delay and had an easy access to the support by the phone. The car was clean, no bad odor, no technical issues for the entire month for trip I had over 4,000 km for over a month.
