The branch staff and the car were wonderful. My only small complaint is that there was no one in the garage when I was picking up or returning the car, which made things a bit confusing. Would still recommend.

I am changing my original review, as our experience was quite good but in the end there was a billing discrepancy for which we were contacted and reimbursed. The car itself was great, the car seats for our children were perfect, and the price was reasonable. We also appreciate that Lauren called and rectified our issue within 24 hours. We would recommend renting from this location.

Renne train station, car reserved was not available (needed GPS), therefore had to drive rental to airport to pick up car requested. Agent at Renne was very helpful and professional. Would rent from them again.
