I was nervous about renting a car in France; I'd been advised that it is basically a national sport to try and screw over Americans at car rental agencies. However, these guys were delightful. They went the extra mile, were extremely polite, spoke flawless English, gave us great advice, and and everything went well without any problems or unexpected surprises.

Extremely polite and attentive at this station. Got an upgrade to a higher class car at no charge. All vehicles are well maintained and clean. My preferred location for a pick-up in Paris. My compliments to the staff
