Fantastic customer service from both of the guys that served us today. The car is great too, an upgrade of the car we requested.
We returned our car without having the chance to fill it with petrol and having ticked over our km allowance. Fearing the worst it was great to see the Sixt team do what they were supposed to and just charged us for the few extra kms and the 8 litres of fuel, plus small 10 euro service fee as discussed on return. Also great advert for our Kia hybrid to do 255kms on just 8 litres of fuel! Highly recommend Sixt at Chambery train station if concerned about car rental ethics.
Friendly and helpful staff, managed to get hold of a car last minute due to cancelled train.
