Exceptional staff! Friendly and helpful. The lady who assisted us the VW T-Cross was wonderful. She explained the entire process in English and gave us directions to local attractions. When we returned the car at the end of our trip, she offered to drop us off at the Gare de Bayonne so that we didn't have to walk with our bags in the afternoon heat. Very grateful and appreciate the extra attention. Made our trip!! Will definitely return and rent from Sixt Bayonne.
