Process was simple and selected car ready. Friendly staff. Car had some minor front bumper skirt damage previously sustained that meant some movement during the 4 day hire. Otherwise good experience.

The car wasn’t that clean. Windows especially were filmy inside. We found a dirty rag under the drivers seat and wouldn’t have found it stuffed down the side of the seat only I dropped the keys.
