Excellent service from start to finish. I booked the car through a third party company so rang on the morning just to confirm that they were holding a booking in my name and that the car would be ready to collect. Car was ready when I got there, the collection process was straightforward and the rental charge was exactly as agreed with the third party company. No issues whatsoever during the 26 days that I had the car and the drop off process was as easy as the collection. Security deposit returned promptly within 48 hours. The agents I dealt with were courteous and helpful at both collection and drop off. I have heard mixed reviews of Sixt but my own experience was very positive from start to finish and I got an excellent rate for the 26 day hire. Thank you Sixt at Fortitude Valley!
