Simply perfect. The staff at the station are very friendly and helpful. There was a small problem with my debit card, but in the end it was solved, thanks to Lorena and her colleague. I also got some restaurant recommendations, really nice people. :) The pick-up and return of the car also went smoothly, the crew in the parking lot are also very nice and friendly. Thank you everyone! In case anyone is wondering, they don't take Revolut debit cards. I didn't find a company policy before I made my reservation, so I thought I'd post it here. Other debit cards are fine, they even accepted my Maestro card, but Revolut is sadly a no-go.

Great experience renting from Sixt in Catania. Sixt is our go-to when renting in Europe. Brand new upgraded car, no problems, efficient check in and return. Very friendly and helpful Sixt representative Alessio at return. Just wish the airport had better signage but that’s not Sixt.
