Rented a car on January 15, 2024 in the morning . The young woman who served us was wonderful. (Sorry, but I can't remember her name). She asked us how long we would be travelling and then proceeded to write down suggestions of where we should go and what we should see and all in sequential order. It was like having your own travel guide! When we returned the car on the evening of the 16th we were running short of time (afraid of missing our train) and I went into the office and told the young man who served us our predicament. We didn't think we had time to drive the car back to the underground parking where we had had picked it up. He told us not to worry and that he would take care of it. He came to the car with us where we took out our luggage and away he went. I have rented many cars over the years and this was by far the best experience I have ever had! I highly recommend them!
