Location plan - how to find us
Please make your way to the upper level from arrivals on the escalator. This will lead you our desk in the Car Rental area where an agent will serve you.
Follow signs towards Car Rentals, which will be located on your right upon exiting internation arrivals and on the left if exiting UK arrivals. This will lead you past Currency exchange. Head down over the travelator to the exit outside. On your right you will see lifts which will take you to the lower level. Once on the ground level, please make your way towards the forecourt, turning right towards bus stop number 1. After a short walk you will arrive at the Car Rental area, we are located at the far corner. If you have any queries please call us on +44-844-4993399.
Out of hours pickup & return
North Terminal: Follow the signs for the short stay car park, take a ticket a ticket to enter the multi-storey car park area and follow signs for car rental returns. You will be able to use the same ticket to enter the returns area. As you enter you will see our drop box on the left. Our designated bays are 159-167 where you can park the vehicle. As you head towards the terminal building you can enter the key in the dropbox and we shall check in your vehicle when we open. South Terminal: Upon arrival at the South Terminal (left) stay in the left lane and follow signs for Car Rental Returns, turn left into the car park and proceed to the right corner of the top car park to bays 1-9. There is an out of hours drop box on the right of the office as you enter the building through the automatic doors just as you get to the front of our counter.
