I am writing to express my gratitude for an outstanding experience I had with Sixt last month, which left me with truly remarkable memories.
Upon arriving at the airport, I promptly made a reservation for a rental car the next day due to my flight's late arrival (after 5:50 PM), and with Sixt closing at 6 PM. Complicating matters, my hotel, located in Lindau, was approximately half an hour away, and the demand was intensified by the ongoing exhibition season.
During this challenging time, a remarkably kind individual from the Sixt team went above and beyond to assist my colleagues and me.
This amazing man is "Mr.Marcel Büchele". Recognizing our predicament, he generously provided us with transportation to our hotel and took the extra step of informing us about the location of the Sixt office in Lindau.
His exceptional kindness and consideration made a lasting impression on us, and he truly stands out as the most amiable and accommodating person we have encountered at Sixt.
I extend my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service received and commend this individual for exemplifying the highest standards of customer care. As a result of this positive experience, I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to rent a car from Sixt again in the future.
