Very easy to find. Line wasn't too bad. I forgot the name of the gentleman who helped me, if I get his name I'll update but, it took a little long for my liking for them to put me in a car, especially after a flight from HNL with a short layover in LAX. They didn't have any midsized suv which is what I reserved and was then asked if I would be comfortable in a sedan; I wasn't and needed suv for storage space. It was almost over 15 minutes before they finally got me a vehicle, but sometimes you just gotta be understanding and patient. That patience paid off when they upgraded me into a BMW X5 for no charge. The staff are very friendly and service-oriented. Adriana (girl downstairs at booth/lot) was very kind and helpful. Though the beginning was a little tough (long wait to get vehicle), the ending was smoothe and I drove off EXCITED! First time renting from SIXT AZ, it won't be my last 😜🤙🏾#Cheee

Had rented a car thru Expedia who cancelled it when we called to tell them our plane was delayed so would be picking up late. When we got there about 10:30 pm,THE Michael took care of us so well. They were short on vehicles at that time but he still secured us an awesome Mazda SUV better than the original cancelled one and worked with my budget. We all were exhausted and he was so nice. And returning it was a breeze. I will definitely book(directly) next time in Phoenix.

This was my first time renting from Sixt. They were extremely friendly and helpful from pickup to drop off. It’s unusual to think saving you money is a concern of any company but that was definitely not the case. On several occasions they worked or provided information to save money. I find that rare and the benchmark of a smartly managed company. I would recommend them to anyone. A special thanks to Ahmed A in Phoenix for helping solve a problem I overlooked. Great company!!
