The SIXT counter is located at Terminal 1 Arrival Hall (between row 16-20), next to Jewel entrance. From Terminal 2: Jewel is a 5 to 10-minute walk via a link Terminal 3: Jewel is a 5 to 10-minute walk via a link bridge from the Departure Hall (level 2) of Terminal 3 (near row 11). Free shuttle bus service is available between Terminal 3 Departure Door 8 and Jewel. From Terminal 4: Take the free shuttle bus from Terminal 4 Arrival Lounge to Jewel/ Terminal 1 (opposite Jewel Level 2 Drop-off point). Direct shuttle bus service (T4 - Jewel) is available from 6am to 12am daily, while loop bus service (T4 - T3 - T1 - T4) is available from 1am to 6am daily.

To get to Changi Airport, take the East West Line to Tanah Merah MRT Station (EW4/CG), then transfer to Changi Airport MRT Station (CG2). Upon exiting the station (CG2), Terminal 1 is accessible via link bridges located at level 2 of Terminals 2 and 3.

The following Bus Services will stop at Terminal 1 basement bus bay: Bus No - 24, 27, 34, 36, 53, 110, 858 Upon arrival at Terminal 1, please follow the signs to Jewel/Terminal 1 from Level 1 of the terminal.

From the City Centre: 20-minute drive via East Coast Parkway (ECP), which Tampines Expressway (TPE) and Seletar Expressway (SLE) From Tuas Checkpoint: 40-minute drive via the East Coast Parkway Expressway (ECP) and Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE)

Follow the signage to Terminal 1/Jewel Car Park. Upon entering the car park, drive to Level B5, Lobby B. Park your SIXT vehicle at any empty lots in front of the lift Lobby B area. Remove all belongings, off all lights, close windows and lock the vehicle. You may Call/SMS OR take a picture of the car and send an image via Mobile number +65 9655 1503 to inform us about the lot number in which you have parked your rental vehicle. Take the lift at Lobby B to Level 1 (Arrival Hall) and proceed to the SIXT counter (opposite belt 16-20) to drop the car key into the orange key box. Please note that a car park fee will be charged if the car is returned/parked at any other terminals.
