Please note that we are offering a Meet & Greet Service. A SIXT employee will meet you at the pick up time which is confirmed on your booking confirmation. Please provide your e-mail address and mobile number. A SIXT employee will meet you in the reception area of the Citybox Hotel.

Arriving by train it is a approx. 5 min. walk to the meeting point. Please cross the mainroad "Vestre Strandgate" and follow the road to the left, up towards the bridge. Then turn to the right into "Tordenskjolds gate". You will find us in the underground parkinghouse "Markens" which is right next to the Hotel "Citybox".

Please return your SIXT vehicle in the underground underground car park "Markens", the entrace is next to the Hotel "Citybox". Please follow the SIXT-signs and drive down in the underground car park and then to the left. Turn to the left again on the other side and drive up the little ramp. Please park your SIXT vehicle on one of the empty parking lots on the left side of the parking area. The parking lots are marked with SIXT. Please return the vehicle key in the Fast Track-locker which is located right next to the parking lots. Please follow the instructions on the screen for key-return.
