The Hood River-White Salmon Interstate Bridge connects the I-84 in Oregon with Highway 14 in the state of Washington. Using the toll bridge is a great way of getting between Hood River, OR and White Salmon, WA, saving a significant amount of time and gas without having to make it to the nearest toll-free bridge that crosses the Columbia River. You can access the toll right off the I-84 at the Port of Hood River and it crosses directly to Highway 14. The toll bridge is open 24/7. If you can’t pay when you cross, you can pay within 7 days on the Port of Hood River website. However, they will charge you an administrative fee. If you fail to pay your toll fee after 7 days, you will be fined.
