SEPA direct debit is accepted for SIXT share in Germany and the Netherlands — standard German and Dutch debit cards both qualify. For trips with SIXT mobility partners, a credit card is required instead.

If your EC card is declined, the SIXT share customer service team is unable to assist with this directly. Please contact Riverty, who can also help with questions about your customer profile, open invoices, credit limits, and installment options.

Tip: You can also add a personal credit card to your account as an alternative payment method.

\n\n
