What happens if my flight is delayed or arrives earlier than scheduled?

If you have entered your flight number during booking, there’s no need to take action. We will track your flight and inform your driver of the updated arrival time, allowing them to plan accordingly. The included free waiting time and cancellation windows will also adjust automatically based on your actual landing time.

\n\n

What should I do if my flight is cancelled or diverted?

\n

Unfortunately, we cannot respond directly to flight diversions or cancellations. Even though our drivers may still be available, these changes are often unexpected.
