You can enter and exit the lanes anywhere along the route by crossing over the single white line. The lanes are open at all hours, but tolls are only charged between 5 am and 7 pm. You can also access the express toll lanes from direct access ramps. There is one in Bellevue at NE 6th Street and another in Kirkland at NE 128th Street.
