\nHow does vehicle group selection work?
\nWhen you subscribe, you choose a bundled vehicle group (also known as an ACRISS code) rather than a specific model. This lets SIXT get a vehicle to you quickly. The exact car you receive from that group is confirmed at the SIXT station on the day of collection. Your subscription guarantees the vehicle class — not a specific brand, model, or engine type.
\n\nWill my car be new?
\nAll SIXT+ vehicles are new or near-new, always from the current or previous model year, and professionally cleaned before handover.
\n\nWhat can I customize?
\nWhile there's no guarantee on a specific vehicle, brand, model, or engine, you can add available extras depending on the vehicle. These may include:
\nCan I choose the color?
\nColor requests can't be accommodated — the specific color of your vehicle isn't guaranteed.
\n\nCan I swap my car during the subscription?
\nDuring your subscription term and any renewal periods, you can't exchange your vehicle for another within the same category unless SIXT requires it.
\nIf a replacement becomes necessary — for example, due to mileage or the age of your current vehicle — SIXT will arrange an equivalent car from the same vehicle group. Your local SIXT branch will contact you and give you at least 3 days' notice to arrange the swap. Your replacement vehicle will be clean, well-maintained, and safe.

\nYes. Your included miles apply to each 30-day billing period, and any unused miles are credited to the following month. If your needs change during your subscription, you can adjust your mileage package at any time through the SIXT App.
\n\nWhat happens if I drive more miles than my package includes?
\nNo problem. You can increase your mileage package in advance through your online account, or simply continue driving without making any changes. At the end of each billing period, you'll be asked to submit your mileage in the SIXT App. Any miles driven beyond your package are charged at a flat per-mile rate — the exact rate depends on your vehicle model and is visible in your online account.
\n\nWhat happens if I forget to submit my mileage?
\nAt the end of each billing period, you'll be prompted to submit your mileage in the SIXT App. If you miss the submission, please be aware that a processing fee will be charged.
