\n\nI already paid this toll or citation directly to the issuing authority
\nIf you believe you've been charged in error and can show proof of payment, email your confirmation to fines-us@sixt.com. A Traffic & Tolls agent will review your documentation and respond within 2 business days.
\n\nWhy is there an administrative fee?
\nAn administrative fee covers the processing and administration of any toll not included in one of our toll services, as well as any traffic or parking violation received by our office.
\n\nWhy am I receiving multiple invoices for the same rental period?
\nWe depend on toll authorities and parking or traffic agencies to report violations to us. We can only notify you of each toll or violation as we receive it, which means invoices may arrive at different times for the same rental.
\n\nHow do I get a copy of my toll or citation invoice?
\nAll invoices are emailed to the address on file within 24 hours of the charge. Check your spam folder first — these emails often land there. If you still can't find it, send your request to fines-us@sixt.com.
\n\nI used my personal transponder — why was I still billed for tolls?
\nEmail a copy of your transponder activity statement and vehicle registration page to fines-us@sixt.com. A Traffic & Tolls agent will review your documentation and follow up with you.
