If you believe you have been incorrectly charged and have already paid for the citation/toll crossing, please send your confirmation of payment to fines-us@sixt.com. A Traffic & Tolls agent will review your documentation and respond to you within 2 business days.

An administrative fee is assessed for the processing and administration of all tolls not covered by one of our toll services and/or traffic/parking violations received by our office.
\n\n
We rely on the toll authorities and parking/traffic agencies to provide us with information about tolls and other violations. Because of this, we can only notify you of the tolls and/or violations as we receive them.

All invoices are sent to the email address on file within 24 hours of the charge. Please check your spam folder as it is common for these emails to route there instead of your inbox. If you are unable to locate the email, please send your request to fines-us@sixt.com.
