Please note that the following rates or rentals are excluded from mileage/point promotions and mileage credits: van and truck rentals, insurance-replacement rentals, long-term rentals (28 days or longer), rentals with vouchers, rentals with the payment method prepaid (“Best Price”) - except in the USA and Canada, rentals with a value below € 25 or equivalent in local currency, rentals via automobile-clubs and -associations and certain Corporate rates. A combination of different promotional programs is not possible. Mileage/Points credits are awarded per rental and can be claimed retroactively up to 6 months after vehicle return if the promotion was valid at the time of booking and during the rental period. Mileage/Points credit is only possible if the rental contract was concluded in the name of the holder of the respective mileage card.
