pick-up?","content":"<p>If you're running late, we'll hold your vehicle free of charge for up to 60 minutes from your booked pick-up time, within the branch's opening hours. If you're going to be even later, message us on WhatsApp or Live Chat and we'll keep your vehicle ready for you.</p><p></p><p><strong>The 60-minute grace period</strong></p><p>From your scheduled pick-up time, we hold your vehicle for up to 60 minutes within the branch's opening hours — free of charge and without any action needed from you. This grace period is noted in your booking confirmation.</p><p></p><p><strong>Longer delays</strong></p><p>Message us on WhatsApp or Live Chat with your booking reference — we'll check whether your original vehicle can still be held and, if not, offer the closest equivalent available.</p><p></p><p><strong>With flight number (airport branches)</strong></p><p>With your flight number on file, your booking is automatically guaranteed for up to 24 hours from your original pick-up time — we track your flight in real time. Airport branches also stay open for up to 1 hour past their closing time in case of delays</p><p></p><p><strong>No contact = no-show</strong></p><ul><li><p>Without a message from you, your booking may be marked as a no-show once the grace period expires</p></li><li><p>With Prepaid, you can still pick up the vehicle later, provided you arrive within the originally booked rental period and during the branch's opening hours.
