How can I get a copy of my invoice or receipt? 

You can obtain copies of your past SIXT rental invoices up to 6 months after the return of your rental via using our self-service below. For recent returns, please allow up to 3 business days from the date of vehicle return for a copy of the rental receipt to be available. If you require a copy of an invoice older than 6 months, then you may open a ticket via service here to request a copy from our Customer Service specialists. 


I have a charge on my credit card after I returned my rental, what could it be?

One reason we would charge your card is due to Tolls and Fines, as the registered owner of the car we rely on toll authorities and parking/traffic agencies to provide us with information about tolls and other violations. This can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks (or longer) after the end of your rental. Per our Terms and Conditions, we are authorized to charge your credit card for all violations that we are made aware of after the rental has ended. We also charge an administrative fee for each violation. Violations include traffic violations, parking violations, unpaid tolls and fines or penalties assessed against you, us, or the vehicle during the rental.
