Flight and pick-up delays

What do I do if my flight has been delayed? 


Pre-paid rentals: 

For prepaid rentals, the vehicle will be held for up to 60 minutes within opening hours following the scheduled pick-up time but may be honored at any point during the purchased rental period. The vehicle category may not be guaranteed on any rental picked up after the 60-minute grace period passes. Providing us with your flight information allows us to serve you better.


Pay-Later reservations: 
For pay later reservations, the vehicle will be held for up to 60 minutes within opening hours following the scheduled pick-up time. However, if you are outside that window and did not call, email, or enter a ticket to update your time then you may not be guaranteed a vehicle.
