Cancelling a reservation
How can I cancel my rental car, and what is the cancellation fee?
SIXT offers two rates, each with different cancellation conditions:
1. Stay Flexible (Pay at Pickup)
You can cancel or modify your booking free of charge anytime before the scheduled pickup.
2. Best Price (Pay Now)
Cancellation conditions vary. Please check your booking details.
Note: Corporate customers with individual agreements may have different rates and conditions.
