I had a last minute trip planned on December 26. I reserved at Hertz, but when I arrived with my confirmation in hand, they told me they weren't honoring any reservations made in the past 24 hours. Not only was that terrible, but the service agents were obnoxious. I went to the Sixt counter and was greeted by "Jeremy". He explained that Sixt was full too, but he tried his system and I was in luck. Jeremy went above and beyond to assist me and was very professional too. He's an asset to the Sixt team!.
