I google for best offer on Rental Car and it took me to SIXT Charlotte Douglas International Airport I must say that the Car I was offered on site showed was not available the Agent notified me with the news . I was not pleased, I have to say I paid for the upgrade extra , then went I went to pick up the keys I was given outstanding customer service by Fleet Planner Justin C , I just made a comment of me not getting the car I paid for because it wasn’t available , just a comment and that I had to pay for upgrade due to the car I rented wasn’t available , he addressed for me to wait a few minutes and I had in front of me the Branch Manager MrJustin K , he introduce himself in a very professional way , outstanding Business communication skills , and apologize for the inconvenience telling me I was going to get the car I was offered and refunded the extra money , they were the most courteous and professional staff I have ever dealt with , Fleet Planner Sharika , RSA ZION , They all made my experience just Magical , I would highly recommend this location to anyone, I would give ten stars to this Amazing Team . Thank you !
