This is probably our tenth time we rent a car from this company. Can not thank the staff enough for their flexibility and great service. This time we picked up our car Lisbon airport shuttle location . No lines, great selection, courteous staff. Special thanks to Joel Castro for providing us with great service. We rented a car here for 2 weeks at the end of August. We waited the shuttle for 10 mins at the airport which is okay and what we expected. Once there, no line, we could start the process to pick up the car immediately, the staff was very friendly and gave good explanations. We chose lucky dip and we got a VW T cross, which was almost new, with 3000 km. A bit disappointed with the car as it was not so well optioned, for example no rear camera /sensor to park, which could be useful to avoid scratching the car. Otherwise, when we gave back the car, the staff was very quick to check the car, we didn't have to queue, no issues even if we gave back the car a little bit dirty because we went to the beach, they did not charge us anything. And the shuttle to go back to the airport was immediately available.
