Return information

To return the vehicle, please enter the parking facility of APCOA Parking Westblaak (Hartmanstraat 35, Rotterdam). Once you're there, please park the vehicle at the SIXT parking spots on the third floor. Place the vehicle key in the glove compartment and make sure not to forget any personal belongings in the vehicle. With the help of the SIXT app you end the rental and lock the vehicle.

Then go to your reserved rental car, which will be waiting for you on Level 3 of the APCOA parking garage Westblaak (Hartmanstraat 35). Once you find your car, open it via the SIXT app, take the car key out of the glove compartment and you can be on your way. 

Returning your car: Park in one of the SIXT parking spaces in the parking garage, take your personal belongings out of the car and put the car key back in the glove compartment. Use the SIXT app to lock the car and end the rental.
