Knowledgeable customer service also in English (on the phone, before renting), nice and competent employees at the pick-up location, the ordered vehicle was AVAILABLE for pick-up (very important, in comparison to 2 other rental companies), vehicle in very good technical condition (a must: brakes, steering, gear shifter, I've seen very bad before), useful features (reverse camera). I would like though to see bigger kilometer packages.
