Hallo liebes sixt Team,

Ich gebe euch 3 Sterne, absolut gute 3 Sterne.aber die gilt für sixt generell. Grundsätzlich stehe ich total auf euch. Ich miete mir mit meiner Frau sehr oft bei sixt Fahrzeuge, aber schade ist wirklich nur das bei euch immer so ein leichtes Chaos herrscht und keine Vereinheitlichung. Jede Filiale ist echt anders. Das Personal war bis jetzt immer sehr nett gar keine Frage aber ich bin ja auch kein Nörgler. Punkt 1 : macht mit euren Buben und Mädels mal ein Crashkurs um Schäden am fzg. Zu erkennen oder wahr zunehmen. Punkt 2 : ich Weiss jeder Mensch braucht Arbeit, aber sorgt besser dafür das die Ansprechpartner Deutsch können, es entstehen soviele Missverständnisse jedesmal. Punkt 3: abgabeprotokolle und endrechnung.. Ojee immer ein leidiges Thema, die Endrechnung bekam ich diesmal nach 4 Tagen per Mail. Und auf das Abgabeprotokoll warte ich immer noch. War da alles in Ordnung oder nicht? Wer hat es denn unterschrieben, wenns denn eins gab?

Das letzte Mal z. B war sehr interessant. 1er gemietet. Alle Schäden durch gegangen mit dem Mitarbeiter der sehr schlecht deutsch sprach. Ich hatte mit meinem Handy alles vor Ort dokumentiert da der Mitarbeiter bestimmte Schäden welche ich ihm zeigte nicht dokumentierte weil er sie nicht sah.

1er abgegeben und dann kam am nächsten Tag eine Email das eine delle im Auto sei die nicht dokumentiert wurde. Hat sich aber alles geklärt da ich in den Details meiner Fotos nachweisen konnte das der Schaden schon vorher war.. So ist das meine lieben.. Dennoch komme ich immer wieder gerne zu euch Chaoten... 😘😂
