Leider bin ich mit meinem Mietwagen nicht sonderlich zufrieden. Zum einen weil ich nicht das eigentlich gebuchte Auto erhalten habe sondern nur das Ausweichmodell, zum anderen das Auto starke äußerliche Gebrauchsspuren hatte. Der Mitarbeiter war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend obwohl er mir gleich die teuerste Versicherungsform empfohlen hat, ursprünglich wollte ich nur die normale Versicherung haben mit hoher Selbstbeteiligung. Um wohl spätere mögliche Konflikte bei der Zustandsauswertung des Wagens aus dem Weg zu gehen bot er mit die teuerste Form des Schutzes an. So schien es mir zumindest. Und da wusste ich noch gar nicht wie der Wagen vom Zustand her eigentlich aussieht, nach dem Betrachten des Cabrios war mir dann klar warum er mir diese Form der Versicherung empfohlen hat. Überall Kratzer und Macken und sogar größere "Schrammer" (Unfallschaden?) im Kofferraumbereich. Laut Fahrzeugschein war das Auto erst 4 Monate alt - sah aber schon von außen so aus als wäre es mindestens 5 Jahre alt. Innen hingegen war es in einem gepflegten und sauberen Zustand. Laut Mitarbeiter waren die Mängel des Fahrzeuges aufgeführt - warum hat man solche doch massiven Mängel noch nicht ausgebessert? Die Mietkosten sind meiner Meinung nach für so ein Premiumfahrzeug doch recht hoch, da kann man doch durchaus erwarten dass man nicht gleich aus 50 Metern Entfernung größere Schrammen und Lackspuren fremder Autos erkennt. Alles ein wenig ärgerlich. Den Fahrspaß hatte ich trotzdem, den hab ich mir nämlich nicht nehmen lassen wollen.
