Exit motorway A7 at Hildesheim Drispenstedt and drive onto federal motorway B494 towards Hildesheim. After approximately 2 km take the exit towards Hildesheim-Himmelsthür, Hildesheim-Drispenstedt, Flugplatz (airport) and turn right onto Lerchenkamp. At the end of the street turn left onto Steuerwalder Strasse, B6. The SIXT branch is located on the left-hand side at the corner to Richthofenstrasse.
With public transport
From the trains tation you can take the bus lines towards Norden/Drispenstedt. Bus line 2 runs every 12 minutes from bus stop "Bahnhof/ZOB". Exit at "Richthofenstraße" and walk back against the driving direction of the bus.
Walking
The SIXT branch is located approximately 1.2 km from the city centre. From the train station square turn right onto Hannoverversche Strasse. Follow the course of the road which turns into Steuerwalder Strasse. The SIXT branch is located after approximately 1 km on the right-hand side at the corner to Richthofenstrasse. The walk takes approximately 15-20 min.
SIXT Parking
The entrance to the SIXT parking lots can be reached via Richthofenstraße. Please use the parking spaces marked with SIXT in the courtyard behind the SIXT branch.
Truck and van return information
Truck and van return information:The trucks and vans are parked in the truck parking lot in Bischofskamp 42, a street parallel to Steuerwalder Straße. You can reach this out of town past the station and turn left at the first traffic light. Follow the street over the left bend. After about 100 m you will find the entrance to the signposted truck parking lot on the left. The SIXT vans and trucks are located on the right-hand side of the entrance. You can take a footpath through a residential area in the middle of the Bischofkamp shortly after the Easy Apotheke to the SIXT branch.

I have rented car many times here , the rental is very easy and economical , book the car online and collect from this location , the have a rental car park lot behind the office , they also have after hours pick up service on request and also after hours return service , if you come by your own car , you can park it nearby supermarkets for free for nearly 3-4 days (at your own risk but it's safe)
