Staff was very friendly. However, the car had no gas it so they had to take it and get gas. Then they discovered the paperwork was incorrect and we had to wait for that to be fixed. So we we lost a half hour after completing the original paperwork. Car also didn't have enough air in the tires, causing the warning light to come on in the mornings when it was cold.
Also, we needed a code to the parking garage to return the car at the return location (one way rental). They told us the floor in the garage to use, but didn't tell us the code to get to the proper floor. Had to wait until another car came by to get the code.
