Regarding the reception in the shop, I am always disappointed by the time taken care of, yet I try to fill a maximum of information on the internet at the time of booking (prepaid moreover), I was still requested again + ID card. I was asked if I was sure I was not getting insurance, and even if I was going to fill up (it seems so obvious to me!) Imagine for people who have not reserved anything for advance the time it can put! It is better to arrive 10-15min in advance on the scheduled time of withdrawal!

New rental, another experience, this time very good. The agency was a little deserted so the person at the counter took the time to get me the car in the parking lot, go around with me, and explain to me the grip of the car box. The vehicle was perfect for my use (but I was upgraded too). Only downside, he had a long list of degradations as the arm: still bodywork impacts nothing serious but it's still long to re-record and difficult to know if we added in the end.

Regarding the parking for the return, it seems that Hertz had made its arrangements by sending all those customers "in excess" to another car park. So I was able to access the last places sixt on Sunday night. In short, overall very satisfied with this experience, and to top it all, when Sixt called me after my rental (standard quality procedure), I was able to negotiate with them the non-billing of a day of loc I was a few minutes late to return.

Le parking Beaupré utilisé par l'agence est à proximité immédiate. Et heureusement puisque à la sortie du parking, il faudra se débrouiller pour retourner à l'agence pour leur rendre un pass.

Les allées du parking sont assez larges pour ne pas risquer de rayer les voitures dès les premières minutes.

Par contre, j'ai eu le malheur de faire le retour un lundi de pentecôte. Tous les retours se font sur un étage au -1, pour l'agence Hertz et pour Sixt. Quand je suis arrivé au -1, les voitures Hertz étaient si nombreuses qu'elles étaient garées dans les voies d'accès du parking. Impossible de rejoindre les places Sixt pourtant libres. Quelle galère !

 

A part le parking, j'ai beau avoir l'expérience de quelques locations, je remarque encore trop tardivement tous les défauts non constatés du véhicule. Cette fois, l'antenne radio était inexistante, il y avait des taches sur le sol à l'arrière, des restes collants sur les plastiques du coffre. et sous le tapis conducteur, il restait pas mal de saletés.

 

Concernant l'accueil en boutique, je suis toujours déçu par le temps de prise en charge, j'ai pourtant essayer de remplir un maximum d'information sur internet au moment de la réservation (prépayées de surcroît), on m'a quand même redemandé permis + carte d'identité. On m'a demandé si j'étais sûr de ne pas prendre d'assurance, et même si j'allais faire le plein (ça me paraît tellement évident !).Imaginez donc pour des personnes qui n'ont rien réservé à l'avance le temps que ça peut mettre ! Il vaut mieux arriver 10-15min en avance sur l'heure prévue de retrait !

Nouvelle location, autre expérience, cette fois-ci très bonne. L'agence était un peu déserte donc la personne au comptoir a pris le temps d'aller me chercher le véhicule dans le parking, de faire le tour avec moi, et de m'expliquer la prise en main de la boîte auto. Le véhicule était parfait pour mon utilisation (mais j'ai été surclassé aussi). Seul bémol, il avait une liste de dégradations longue comme le bras : toujours des impacts carrosseries rien de grave mais c'est toujours long à re-constater et difficile de savoir si on en a rajouté au final.

Concernant le parking pour le retour, il semble que Hertz avait pris ses dispositions en renvoyant tous ces clients "en trop" vers un autre parking. Du coup j'ai pu accéder aux dernières places sixt le dimanche soir. Bref, dans l'ensemble très satisfait de cette expérience, et pour couronner le tout, quand Sixt m'a appelé après ma location (procédure qualité classique), j'ai pu négocier avec eux la non facturation d'une journée de loc car j'avais
