Overall a very smooth pick-up and return of the vehicle. Staff present was very competent not only in the vehicle but also helped summarize and highlight key points in the contract agreement and very good customer service. It helps that Mr Julien looks like Jason Momoa of DC Comic’s Aquaman with a warm, friendly, helpful and approachable personality. Plus points for Sixt Dijon.
