Well I arrived.
It was packed solid with customers and I stood outside to wait my turn. I was 'nervous and anxious having just had my own car written off' and in all honesty I just didn't want to be there to go through the process. That being said..
First thoughts were 'where are the staff', the place was literally rammed/standing room only.
As I waited I watched and observed. I absolutely take my hat off to the young man who was running the service 'SOLO'.
This young man brings new meaning to the term 'multitasking'- he was all over it as I stood patintly waiting.
Being 'old school' I would, my only criticism would have been a ' Hello/Good Moring/Sorry to keep you waiting/ won't be long' would have been an appreciated common courtesy, but on this occasion after observing the 'pressure' this young man was under and firing on all cylinders was redeemable because when I was served he was 'professional, personable, curtious, and attentive'.
GIVE THIS YOUNG MAN A RAISE!
Lastly my deepest thanks to the two ground staff who helped me find the 'handbrake'; yes the handbrake on what I was told was a 'BRAND NEW' Camery Sedan.
Can I just say coming out from a motor vehicle accident only days before at no fault of my own I might add- to be provided with a large BRAND NEW/SPARKLING WHITE' car, fuelled (no pun intended) my anxiety even as an experienced driver.
You can imagine I felt a complete foolish idiot sitting there in the car then having to seek out assistance to locate a 'handbrake'.
So, to the two grounds staff gentlemen who came to my aid I'm deeply thankful. Again, friendly curtious and helpful.
Sincere thanks.
I would have provided 5 Stars 🌟 but on short you need more staff on the ground, but for those that were there on that day 10/10!
Congratulations and keep up the great work!
