My daughter and I hired a van to do a quick turnaround pick up from Hervey Bay to Brisbane return on April 1st. Lee was amazing with the customer service, nothing was a problem for our requirements. The paperwork was a breeze and we in and out with the van in no time at all. The Hyundai van was spotless, We would certainly deal with Sixt again without hesitation! The easiest car hire experience I have ever had. Prices were very competitive and clearly displayed. The online booking was clear, concise and easily navigated, the car was waiting (actually upgraded), it was clean and ready to go. The return was exactly the same, very fast and easy, a walk around and inspection on handing over the keys, there was an afterhours option to secure the vehicle too which could have been very convenient. The billing and hire information arrived by email promptly and everything was correct the first time. Would definitely recommend and will return.
