The easiest car hire experience I have ever had.
Prices were very competitive and clearly displayed.
The online booking was clear, concise and easily navigated, the car was waiting (actually upgraded), it was clean and ready to go.
The return was exactly the same, very fast and easy, a walk around and inspection on handing over the keys, there was an afterhours option to secure the vehicle too which could have been very convenient.
The billing and hire information arrived by email promptly and everything was correct the first time.
Would definitely recommend and will return.

My daughter and I hired a van to do a quick turnaround pick up from Hervey Bay to Brisbane return on April 1st.
Lee was amazing with the customer service, nothing was a problem for our requirements. The paperwork was a breeze and we in and out with the van in no time at all.
The Hyundai van was spotless,
We would certainly deal with Sixt again without hesitation! A great job and a credit to Lee.

Working with Lee from Hervey Bay Sixt has been one of the best customer service experiences I have had to date. Extremely easy to deal with and the level of communication was second to none. I actually left a personal possession in one of the vehicles and Lee organised its transport back to Brisbane... Legend.
