Rental process is quick and easy. Staff a very polite and friendly. Staff are prepared to assist with drop off outside of normal operating hours, which help me the be on my way to work sooner.

What can I say… the staff are super nice. The truck I hired was perfect for my needs and was super clean and new. My only gripe and the reason for this review not being 5 stars is no hand controller was provided for the tailgate lift, for a person with a disability like myself this makes using the tail lift almost impossible as I am unable to crouch under the truck to use the controls and also makes it difficult for 1 person to safely lift goods as you can’t steady them on the lift.
Otherwise a great experience and very affordable.

Was able to hire a small moving truck at short notice. No other rental company were able to accommodate us except for SIXT. Staff on site were great, gave us a quick rundown of the truck's features and then we were on our way. Truck was nice and clean and easy to drive. Would happily go through SIXT again
