Car rental in Maroochydore

Shout out to Bryce who was extremely helpful with my last minute walk-up request, after my flight was cancelled and rebooked 2 days later, with only 2hrs notice, and I was unable to secure an extension with my existing car rental from one of the global brands. Bryce was very understanding of my situation and offered a number of options. He was friendly, knowledgeable and above all, empathetic of the customer's situation. I've never used SIXT before but after this experience, you've got yourself a future repeat customer! Such great service, will definitely rent with SIXT next time.

Thanks so very much to Scott Kyle and the company for turning our car rental disaster around. We rented a car through Jetstar with another company, only to find out at the airport that they had never actually booked the car despite sending multiple confirmation emails. Scott was so lovely to deal with. I was quite upset about the situation and he was so empathetic and caring. They found us a car and didn’t try to fleece us because it was last minute. The car was perfect. It was great on fuel, nice and new, no damage. Best of all, they are right at the airport so you get off your plane and into a car. No shuttle bus needed. The drop off was super easy too. Thank you so much Scott. Your kindness was really appreciated. You went above and beyond.

Graeme greeted us at our car upon return, took the keys back to make drop off so simple and returned when we were heading into the terminal and helped us with our bags. You don't get this kind of service anymore, so impressed with Sixt.

Arrived at the airport, first holiday since Covid, so was very excited to get to Noosa. Went to hire a car, and those at budget, Avis and the other car hire could not have cared less that I was there. Totally disappointed as I hire from Avis and hertz a lot in Sydney for my shops never again. The guys at sixt could not have been more enthusiastic to see me and get me a car. Terrific service and I will surely use sixt from now on. Stuff you to the other very disappointing car hire places.
