Great price and service though they need to update their procedures for when you book a truck and advise exactly what the cost and exact deposit amount is... We book online and at no point were we told the exact deposit amount until we went to pick up the truck... Please advise your customers exactly what all the costs are at time of booking .... Its just a courtesy...so your customers dont get caught out $200 to $1000 is a huge gap...
