Advanced Rate
With this standard rate, you offer a flexible travel package with the most important services.
Unlike the Comfort Rate, the Advanced Rate includes liability, comprehensive and theft protection with deductible.
The package includes unlimited kilometers in many countries, all taxes and location fees, rebooking and cancellation of reservations, as well as winter tires (October-April for DACH).

Public Special Rate
In addition to the static SIXT travel agency rates, SIXT also offers the dynamic Public Special Rate.
The rate with daily current prices depends on supply and demand and corresponds to the SIXT Public Rate (public rate).
With the SIXT Public Special Rate, you receive a discount on the SIXT Public Rate as a travel agency partner.
The advantage of this rate is that it can be booked until the last available car, ensuring optimal availability.

Above you will find the standard services of our rate packages. The services displayed when booking in your usual reservation system are binding. Please note that the Comfort Rate is not bookable in all SIXT countries. If this is the case, the Advanced Rate is automatically offered as an alternative.
This overview applies to car bookings; different inclusive services apply for van and truck bookings.

Payment methods for SIXT travel agency rates
The SIXT travel agency rates are pay-on-arrival rates. The selected payment method is therefore only charged after the customer has returned their vehicle to a SIXT station.
The credit card must be presented at the counter when picking up, whereby the rental price becomes due for payment. Additionally, extras may occur that will be debited from the customer's credit card after returning the vehicle to a SIXT station.
The following credit cards are accepted at SIXT as payment methods:
- American Express
- Visa
- Mastercard / Eurocard
- Diners Club
- JCB
- Discover Card
- China Union Pay
- AirPlus
The credit card registered for the rental must match the renter. Please inform your customers that using a different card during rental is not possible. Our rental agents ask your customers to present the credit card stored in the reservation at the counter.
With a travel agency voucher, your agency can pay part of the rental amount or the entire rental including extras on behalf of the customer. Please ask your SIXT contact person or the travel agency helpdesk whether voucher payment is available in your country and whether your agency is enabled for this payment method. Activation must be proactively requested from SIXT.
SIXT provides two types of vouchers:
Full Credit Voucher: With this payment option, the customer needs neither a credit card for deposit nor any other payment method to rent a vehicle from SIXT. With the Full Credit Voucher, the travel agency covers the entire rental costs of the customer - billing is done to the travel agency.
Limited Credit Voucher: With this payment method, you cover the rental price of the reservation for your customers. Please note that a customer with a Limited Credit Voucher must present a credit card when picking up the vehicle.
For both types of voucher payment, SIXT sends an invoice to your travel agency after completion of the rental agreement, stating the rental amount and rental dates.
