Payment methods for SIXT holiday
SIXT holiday is a so-called prepaid rate. The customer therefore pays for the vehicle before rental.
You will be asked to provide your customer's credit card information at the end of the booking process. After completing the booking, a confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. The rental amount becomes due within 24 hours after booking.
Please note: The specified credit card must be presented when picking up the rental car for the deposit and the credit card holder must match the renter of the booking.
Cancellation: If the customer's credit card was used for the booking, the amount will be refunded to the customer's credit card after canceling the reservation.
Rebooking: Customers can rebook their reservation free of charge before rental at the current daily price. However, it should be noted that a refund is not possible if the new price of the reservation is lower than the original booking price.
Please note: Agency collection is currently only possible for travel agencies based in AT, BeNeLux, CH, DE, ES, FR, UK and USA.
With this payment method, payment to SIXT is made through your travel agency. Six (6) weeks before rental, SIXT invoices the due rental price minus the commission. You transfer the outstanding amount to SIXT within the payment period. In case of cancellation, the rental amount is refunded to your travel agency.
Cancellation: If you cancel a reservation before rental for which you chose agency collection as payment method, SIXT refunds the rental price to your agency's account.
