Individual corporate customer rates
Corporate customers make individual framework agreements with SIXT.
Corporate customers have the opportunity to make individual framework agreements worldwide with SIXT, which define SIXT's supplier status and provide information about the negotiated rates.
Book individual corporate customer rates
Please note that you need the appropriate Customer Discount (CD) number to book individual corporate customer rates.
For bookings via GDS, please enter "CD-" plus the CD number. For example: CD-123456.
When booking via the SIXT Partner Hub, you can enter the CD number directly in the field behind the Corporate Rate checkbox.

Payment methods for SIXT corporate rates
In connection with bookings of corporate customer rates, the following payment methods are accepted:
The following credit cards are accepted at SIXT as payment methods:
- American Express
- Visa
- Mastercard / Eurocard
- Diners Club
- JCB
- Discover Card
- China Union Pay
- AirPlus
Corporate customers have the option to apply for so-called SIXT Corporate Cards, which can be used as payment methods.
If your customer would like to use their own Corporate Card as payment method, select SIXT Corporate Card in the booking system's selection menu and enter the card number.
If your customer has a SIXT billing number (also called Voucher Billing Number), the entire rental amount will be billed directly to the customer. In this case, neither a Corporate Card nor another credit card needs to be presented when picking up the vehicle.
To book with the billing number, select Billing Number under Payment method and enter the number in the "Billing Number" field. If the customer does not know their billing number, it can be requested from their personal SIXT account manager at any time.
With an Airplus corporate account, customers do not need a physical credit card but only need to provide their corporate account, beginning with 1120 or 1920 and an expiration date. There is no CVC (Credit Validation Code) for AirPlus corporate accounts.
If your customer wants to pay with their AirPlus account, select Virtual Credit Card (e.g. AirPlus) as payment method under payment method and enter the card number as well as expiration month and year.
AirPlus is accepted in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK and USA.
With a travel agency voucher, your agency can pay part of the rental amount or the entire rental on behalf of the customer. Please ask your SIXT account manager whether voucher payment is available in your country and whether your agency is enabled for this payment method.
SIXT provides two types of vouchers:
Full Credit Voucher: With this payment option, the customer needs neither a credit card nor any other payment method to rent a vehicle from SIXT. With the Full Credit Voucher, your travel agency covers the entire rental costs of your customer.
Limited Credit Voucher: With this payment method, you can cover a specific amount of the rental costs. Please note that a customer with a Limited Credit Voucher must present a credit card when picking up the vehicle. Additional costs that exceed the amount covered by you will be billed directly to the customer.
For both types of voucher payment, SIXT sends an invoice to your travel agency after completion of the rental agreement, stating the rental amount and rental dates.
Both voucher methods are available in both GDS and agency login. When issuing the voucher during the booking process, it is automatically saved in the reservation, so your customer does not need an additional paper voucher.
