Status points for benefits
Earn status points based on the qualifying dollars spent. Status points unlock higher tiers with even more amazing benefits.
With status points, you’ll unlock priority pickup, member-only offers, and increased discounts the higher your tier. If eligible, you’ll also enjoy free upgrades and achieve access to the SIXT Diamond Lounge.
Rental points for savings
Earn rental points based on the qualifying dollars spent. Redeem them for instant savings on your bookings.
If you've earned enough points, you can simply redeem them during the final step of your booking on qualifying rentals. It's that easy: Redeem your points and save!

1. Sign in or create a new account at sixt.com or in the SIXT app.
2. If SIXT ONE is available in your country, you should be automatically prompted to join. Accept the program terms and select Join now.
3. If you aren’t prompted, go to your Account, then select SIXT ONE, and finally Join now.
After joining, your membership is immediately active. Your status tier and the outline of all your benefits will be emailed straight to your inbox.

Yes! To get your status matched, please send an email after joining to sixtone@sixt.com. Be sure to include your SIXT ONE member ID and proof of current status with the other program.
SIXT ONE rewards you with two types of points for every qualifying rental: status points and rental points. Status points unlock higher status tiers: Gold (2,000+), Platinum (4,000+), and Diamond (6,000+), and higher tiers boost your rental point earnings: +10% (Gold), +20% (Platinum), and +30% (Diamond). You can earn both points on business and personal rentals. Rental points can only be used for personal rentals.
You earn status and rental points based on your spending on the base rate, mileage, and protection. Since SIXT ONE calculates points in Euros, spending in other currencies is automatically converted using the exchange rate from your invoicing date. Points are then credited to your account within 48 hours.
To redeem rental points, simply log into your SIXT account. After making your selections, look for your points on the "Review your booking" page. You can then choose how many points you want to redeem for savings.
Note: Rental points cannot be combined with vouchers, business rentals, or partner rewards.
Yes. You can earn points for both business and personal rentals. Just log-in to your SIXT account SIXT rent a car or in the SIXT app and choose your business booking profile.
When making a booking on a third-party site, please add your SIXT ONE member ID. You can find your member ID in your SIXT account.
Note: Rental points can only be redeemed on personal rentals.
Qualifying rentals are rentals that can earn you status and rental points.
Qualifying rentals include car and truck rentals that are booked for participating SIXT locations via:
- Approved third-party sites for business rentals and using your SIXT ONE member ID
Non-qualifying rentals are booked for non-participating SIXT locations or they fall into these categories:
- Replacement rentals
- Long-term rentals (28 days and longer)
- SIXT plus, SIXT ride, and SIXT share

SIXT ONE follows a calendar year approach for status and points.
Your status is maintained until the end of the following year after achieving it. For example, if you reach Gold in March 2026, you keep that status tier until December 2027.
Status points:
- Valid until the end of the year in which they are earned.
- Expired points deducted from your points balance annually.
Rental points:
- Valid for 24 months from the end of the quarter in which they were earned.
- Expired points deducted from your points balance quarterly.
Redeeming rental points as well as member discounts can only be applied on personal rentals. To enjoy these benefits, log in to your SIXT account on SIXT rent a car or in the SIXT app. Then, select your personal profile to book and save!
Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members enjoy exclusive discounts when logged in and booked via sixt.com or the SIXT app. Member discounts can only be applied to qualifying personal car and truck rentals and can be used in combination with redeeming rental points.
Note: Member discounts cannot be used for business bookings or combined with other promotional offers.
As a SIXT ONE member, you can choose to earn rental points either with SIXT or a partner program. After enrolling, your account defaults to earning SIXT rental points. To earn partner rewards instead, simply update your preference in the SIXT ONE section of your account. Changes will automatically apply to all future bookings.
Good news: You still get SIXT status points on qualifying rentals, even when earning partner rewards.
